                                                         EXTRACT FROM THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS

🔔Accommodation will be based on the presentation of an identity document (including for children) and the completion of the tourist form at the reception.

🔔Services will only be offered to guests registered in this booking confirmation

🔔The addition of the number of guests will be made only if the capacity of the accommodation space allows,beeing obliged to register at the reception ,complete the

accommodation sheet and pay the differences in the rata.

🔔Modification, partial or total cancellation of ordered services leads to penalties, depending on the time interval in which the cancellation is made in relation to the date provided for the arrival of the guests.

 INTERNAL EURO COURSE: 1 EURO = 5.OO RON

Presentation of accommodation spaces:

STANDARD DOUBLE/TWIN ROOM : includes an open space area of 18 square meters: sleeping area with double bed or two twin beds, extendable armchair, bathroom with shower, balcony overlooking the sea/resort.

PHOENICIA BLUE VIEW DOUBLE/TWIN ROOM: includes an open space area of 20-24 square meters: a sleeping area with a double bed or two twin beds, an extendable or fixed sofa, a bathroom with shower, a balcony overlooking the sea/swimming pool.

FAMILY ROOM: includes an open space area of 24 square meters: sleeping area with a matrimonial bed and two bunk beds (intended for children), bathroom with shower, individual tbalcony overlooking the pool.

SUITE: includes two open spaces with an area of 35-44 square meters:  two areas for sleeping with two beds(two double bed) extendable or fixed sofa, bathroom with shower, shared terrace or individual balcony with sea view.

APARTMENT: includes two open spaces with an area of 35-44 square meters: a living area and a sleeping area with double bed, extendable or fixed sofa, bathroom with shower, shared terrace or individual balcony overlooking the sea.

           Depending on the reserved meal package, highlighted in the reservations confirmation, the guest will benefit from:

1. Accommodation + Breakfast: includes breakfast

It is served starting with the second day of accommodation and including on the day of departure
Drinks included during the meal : water, soft drinks , tea ,coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate.

2. Accommodation + Half board: includes breakfast and lunch
It is served with the second day of accommodation and including on the day of departure.
Drinks included during the meal: water, soft drinks ,tea,coffee, cappuccino,hot chocolate.

3. Accommodation + Full board: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner

On the first day of accommodation dinner is served, starting with the second day of accommodation, all meals are served, and on the day of departure, only breakfast and lunch are served;
Drinks included during the meal: water, soft drinks, tea, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate
         *Full board includes only non-alcoholic drinks.

DRINKS INCLUDED FOR THE TYPES OF MEAL PRESENTED ABOVE ARE AVAILABLE ONLY IN THE RESTAURANT DURING THE SERVING OF THE MEAL.

4. Accommodation + All inclusive: includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks package

On the first day of accommodation, dinner is served, starting with the second day of accommodation, all meals are served , and on the day of departure, only breakfast and lunch are served.
Non-alcoholic drinks: water, soft drinks, tea, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate.
Alcoholic drinks: draft beer, white/red wine, whiskey, vodka, rum, liqueur, cocktails.
THE BEVERAGE PACKAGE INCLUDED IN THE ALL INCLUSIVE MEAL TYPES IS

AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANT( during the serving time of the main meals), at the All Inclusive beach bar (hours 10:00-19:00) and at the All Inclusive pool bars (hours 10:00-19:00)

🔔Meals are served in the hotel restaurant between certain hours. It is forbbiden to leave the restaurant premises with food or drinks, even if the purpose is to keep them in the room.

For access to the restaurant, it is mandatory to wear the wristband. The lack of the wristband received at check-in, which certifies the type of meal plan reserved, may lead to the hotel's refusal to serve the guest.
                 

The reception of the room (check-in) can be done starting at 16:00, presenting the document of identity for registration in the hotel management system (and the accommodation voucher-if applicable), in order to release the key to the accommodation space reserved.

The check-out will be done before 12:00 pm. The keys will be handed over to the reception after the expiration of the reserd period until 12:00 pm at the latest, after the room has been checked by the hotel staff.

If, on the first day of the stay, accommodation is desired before 16:00, the request will be honored subject to availability and an early check-in fee of 100 euros will be applied, VAT included (for the interval 09:00-16:00) and 100 % of the price of the night's accommodation for a check-in earlier then 09:00.
If, on the last day of your stay, you want to vacate the room after 12:00, the request will be honored subject to availability and an additional fee of 100 euros will be applied, VAT included (for the interval 12:00-17:00) and 100 % of the price of the night's accommodation after 17:00.

Guest can leave their luggage at the reception after leaving the room, in a space dedicated to this service for a period of 24 hours, at no additional cost. If the guests' luggage remains in the room after the check-out at 12:00, they will pay an additional fee for the use of the room (the same as in the case of late check-out).

These guests requests will be honored only to the extent that the availability of the hotel allows this aspect.

Children's conditions:

Children 0-4.99 years old- benefit from free of charge

Children 5- 11.99 years old, accompanied by two paying adults- the rate according to the offer

applies.

Any person over 12 years old is considered an adult and charged according to the offer.

*Parents are obliged to certify the age of the children, presenting an identity document at the time of accommodation.
 
Allocation of accommodation spaces:

🔔The view can be towards the sea, the pool or the city, depending on the reserved

accommodation space.

🔔The accommodation spaces have a fixed or extendable sofa, an extendable armchair in the

living area or in the sleeping area (extra from the bed).

🔔Room allocation is based on hotel availability on the day of check-in. For this reason , we

cannot guarantee a certain floor, adjoining rooms or apartments, a certain accommodation unit or a certain type of sofa. Requests of this kind are considered preferances of tourists, which we try to satisfy within the limits of availability.

Beach and swimming pools:

🔔The umbrellas and sunbeds are limited to the available places in the Standard Sector, and their occupation is done in the order of arrival at the pool/beach.

🔔Phoenicia Blue View Resort gives the opportunity to their guests of booking sunbeds closer to the sea-shore with payment. This is the Premium sector (first rows near the sea) and the price varies between 2 and 8 euro/sunbed ,depending on the position and proximity towards the sea.

🔔Access to the free services is allowes only for staying guests.

🔔It is not allowed to use the towels from the room on the beach or at the hotel pool. Towels for the beach or swimming pools are received in exchange for the coupons received at the reception at the time of accommodation. When leaving the room, the coupons for the towels are returned to the receptions. Failure to return coupons , represents damage and is charged as such : 100 lei/cupon. The hotel unit does not assume responsability for towels, clothes or other items left unattended.

Safety personal items:

We recommend using the safes available in the apartments fo storing valuables. We do mot assume any responsability for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen objects within the Phoenicia Blue View Resort.

The hotel does not assume responsibility for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen items inside the hotel, but offers support to tourists in order to solve the situation.

Parking space and cars:

🔔Our hotel does not assume responsibility for any damage caused to vehicles or goods inside their placement in the parking lot. 

🔔Parking of customers vehicles is free within the available spaces. The hotel does not reserve parking spaces and does not charge fees in this regard. Phoenicia Blue View Resort does not assume any civil or criminal responsability for any damage or injury caused to vehicles as a result of blocking and /or lifting, transporting and storing them, for the personal belongings left inside them or for possible damages,thefts,fires,as well as for any king of damage caused by the guests of the hotel or by thirs parties, to the vehicles in the parking lot.

 

IT IS MANDATORY TO WEAR THE BRACELETS RECEIVED AT THE CHECK-IN TO BENEFIT FROM OUR SERVICES AND HAVE ACCES TO OUR FACILITIES.

BETWEEN 10.06 - 20.06.2024 AND 01.09 - 10.09.2024 WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF ALL THE INCLUDED SERVICIES AND FACILITIES.

ONLY THE DECLARED PERSONS WILL BENEFIT FROM THE SERVICES OFFERED.

OUR HOTEL DOES NOT ACCEPT ACCOMMODATION WITH PETS.

OUR  HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE ACCOMMODATION OF DRUNKEN, IMPOLITE OR TURBULENT PEOPLE, WHO BY THEIR ATTITUDE CAUSES DAMAGE TO THE HOTEL'S IMAGE OR DISTURB OTHER GUESTS.
